By sending a message to SheGrows AI on WhatsApp (+20 10 9536 2425), you agree to these Terms of Service.

بإرسالك رسالة إلى «شي جروز» عبر واتساب (+20 10 9536 2425)، فإنك توافق على شروط الخدمة هذه.
The service
SheGrows AI is a free agricultural advisory service provided by the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) for women farmers in Egypt. It answers your farming questions in Arabic over WhatsApp.
الخدمة
خدمة «شي جروز» هي خدمة إرشاد زراعي مجانية تقدّمها منظمة الأغذية والزراعة للأمم المتحدة (الفاو) للمزارعات في مصر، وتجيب على أسئلتك الزراعية باللغة العربية عبر واتساب.
Advice is guidance, not a guarantee
The information provided is general agricultural guidance to help you make decisions. It is not a guarantee of any result. For important or high-risk decisions, please also consult your local agricultural authorities or an in-person expert. FAO is not liable for any loss arising from decisions based on the advice.
الإرشاد توجيه وليس ضمانًا
المعلومات المقدَّمة هي إرشاد زراعي عام لمساعدتك في اتخاذ القرارات، وليست ضمانًا لأي نتيجة. وبالنسبة للقرارات المهمة أو عالية المخاطر، يُرجى أيضًا استشارة الجهات الزراعية المحلية أو خبير حضوريًا. ولا تتحمّل الفاو مسؤولية أي خسارة تنشأ عن قرارات مبنية على هذا الإرشاد.
Acceptable use
Please use the service respectfully and only for genuine agricultural questions. Do not send abusive, unlawful, or spam content.
الاستخدام المقبول
يُرجى استخدام الخدمة باحترام وللأسئلة الزراعية الحقيقية فقط. ولا ترسل محتوى مسيئًا أو مخالفًا للقانون أو رسائل غير مرغوب فيها.
Availability
The service is offered as part of an FAO programme and may be updated, paused, or discontinued at any time without notice.
التوافر
تُقدَّم الخدمة ضمن برنامج تابع للفاو، وقد يتم تحديثها أو إيقافها مؤقتًا أو إنهاؤها في أي وقت دون إشعار.

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your information.
